When I set the booking Confirmation Mode on “By admin manually”, the client receive the “we have received your request for reservation” email and the admin receive the “Confirm new booking” email. After, the admin confirm the booking and the client receive the final confirmation email. But no email between the latter two: for ex. the administrator could put the payment on hold inside the reservation and automatically send an email with the payment details (for ex. via wire-trasnfer) before the final confirm.
Is there a way to send an email to confirm that the accommodation is available and the payment is expected?
Unfortunately, there is no pending payment email available for sending to either admin or customer. However, if you use the Payment Request add-on, then the email will be sent to customer with the link to pay the balance due, so he will definitely not miss the payment.
