Drag and Drop not working properly

For some reason the drag and drop feature is not working properly today. When I try to add objects for example as a row, the only place I get the marker to appear is at the top of the page. Then the paragraph appears at the very bottom of the page. I cant move within other objects, like a column?

Very strange, just started this morning.

Anybody have this happen?

Just for a test I used another browser, samething 🙁
