The home page and other pages work properly, but when I create a subpage and open it in the browser, error 404 appears (Oops! That page can’t be found).

    Hi Andy,

Looks like there is something wrong in your WordPress or permalinks settings. Please check WordPress settings and permalinks.
You can also email us and we’ll take a look at your WordPress settings.

Can confirm this bug. If I create a submenu and link a page to it, 404 error appears.

    Hi Stacy,
    Thank you for your reply.
    I have my permalinks as
    Post name http://***.com/sample-post/
and a webpage has a permalink: http://***.com/services/advisory-services/ ‎because it’s subpage. In this case doesn’t work.

    Hi Tim,

Thank you for your description – I’ve managed to replicate it. The issue is that there is Services post type at Profit theme. When you add a service post under this post type its link is as follows:
http://***.com/services/sample-service/ – the same structure as with your parent page – ‘Services’. In order to avoid a conflict you need to edit link of the Services page e.g. to http://***.com/our-services/ , etc. Even 1 letter can fix this.

    Best regards,
    John
