Sorry if this has been addressed/discussed before (didn’t find it in search results) but is there a way to specify a cancellation rule? I want to allow reservation cancellation but only if its X number of days before the reservation date.

Additionally, I would still want to allow cancellation after X number
of days before the reservation date, but able to define a cancellation fee. It could be a fixed amount or percentage of the total booking amount.

Thank you for your questions. At the moment, there are no tools to disallow the cancellation in X days before check-in or charge the cancellation fee automatically, etc. You may describe the rules of cancellation on the page Terms and Conditions or on the page of accommodation type or on both types of pages. etc. Since the refund can be submitted by the owner manually only you may send a partial refund as it is described in your cancellation rules.
