Hello,

To avoid that my customer, inexperienced in IT, makes bad manipulations in the administration of WordPress, I gave him the rights attached to his profile as “hotel manager“.
And effectively it can create articles, pages and manage bookings but when he wants to view an invoice (via ‘All bookings’ and the link ‘invoice’ of a booking), he obtain the error :
“You don’t have permissions for this action!”

I have not seen a place where I can explicitly give him access to the invoices (without giving him administrator rights).
Am I missing something? And how to give him access to invoices as “hotel manager“?

Try to deactivate and activate Hotel Booking PDF Invoices plugin.
Make sure hotel manager role has mphb_invoices_generate capability.

Thank you for your reply.

I thought that the access to invoices was automatically available to the hotel manager role.

For forum users, this error has been solved by installing the plugin “Members – Membership & User Role Editor Plugin” (https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/members/) and by ticking mphb_invoices_generate in “Members/Hotel Manager/Update/All”.
