where is this text? can't find in any pages

hi – went through all the settings — accommodation, pages, etc — can’t seem to find this text. where is this located and how can i edit the text?

Not sure what u mean by editing it.
However a workaround is to install loco translate, add english and change the text as per ur need.

Pligin autors may have better solution than this one.

Yes, that text can be changed by editing translation of Hotel Booking plugin. Thus you can use third party plugins and tools like Loco Translate, Poedit, etc.
If it is not translated to your language you can contribute the translation here.
