ParticipantHi,
I’m trying to set up payments through woocomerce, but the MotoPress > Woocommerce handoff just doesn’t work so far.
Say i pick a time when I’m interested to book an accommodation > it takes the user to the /search-results page (all good) > next is the cart page which has an empty cart. (and that’s where the user gets stuck forever).
The only way i’ve been able to get a product in that cart it was by overriding the theme (using a child theme), but that doesn’t fixes it. I get a “Cheatin’uh?” message and it will never go to the checkout page, or if it does, the checkout content vanishes in 1-2s.
It’s a VERY annoying bug, i’ve also submitted a ticket, PLEASE, reach out back to provide support!
THANKYOU!

KeymasterHi Albert,
You need to make sure you have 2 checkout pages:– Hotel Booking with [mphb_checkout] shortcode should be selected at Accommodation > Settings as the Checkout page. By default, its name is Booking Confirmation.
– WooCommerce with [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode should be selected at Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced as the Checkout pagePlease check the settings and the related pages. Let me know if it is helpful or if you have any additional questions.

ParticipantI’m having the same issue but I don’t understand the answer provided here.
under accomodation -> settings i selected the default “Booking Confirmation” page (that one was selected, did not change it). I checked the page itself and it contains [mphb_checkout]
For woocommerce, I also did not change anything, as checkout page it has “Checkout (ID 490)” which was created by woocommerce.
I checked the page (it has a very elaborate setup), no shortcode. I added the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] just to be sure. But even then it gives me an empty cart.
I also checked the product i created in woocommerce but that also seems to be setup properly. So no clue what I’m misunderstanding.
