I’m facing an urgent issue and would appreciate your help in resolving it.
A guest made a reservation in February with a check-in date scheduled for next week, for 2 nights at the regular price. Last week, I created a discount for mid-week dates, offering 30% off the second night.
However, I don’t want this discount to apply to any reservations made prior to the discount’s creation, only to future bookings. The problem is that the guest who booked in February has somehow received the discount, and while I can manually adjust the total amount due, the payment link still displays the incorrect details.
When the guest opens the payment link, it shows the discount and an incorrect total amount. However, when the guest clicks the “Pay Now” button, it will display the manually adjusted amount, which is confusing.
How can I exclude this discount from this specific reservation? Alternatively, is there a way to ensure that the discount applies only to future reservations and not to past bookings?

Hi Eden,
First of all, you need to check if you use the latest version of the plugin to be sure the edited price is not applied to the existing bookings.
To resolve the issue, you may create a season for the period of the reservation, create a new rate with this season’s price, then edit the booking and select the new rate while editing the existing booking and save the changes.
