Translate text from contact form

How is it possible to translate the texts that are inside the boxes of the contact form?

It’s part of the “Profit Theme Engine”-Plugin. You’ll find the *.pot file in “/wp-content/plugins/mp-profit/languages/” You have to use “mp-profit.pot”.
