Timetable won't load until page refreshed

When I load the page of timetable it will appear all in a bulleted list down the page. All the information is there but unless the page is refreshed it does not display in table format. How can I make it load first time?

Also once it has been refreshed two of the events require the cursor to hover over the event to display the information while all the others have full display without hovering. How can I make them all the same?

I’ve just tested the page you provided and timetable was loaded perfectly for the first time http://prntscr.com/el4qmo Probably the issue is on your side. I would recommend you to check it using another browser or PC.
