Hi, I’m experiencing some problems with synchronization with booking.com. When synchronizing reservations booking.com to my website, only some reservations are synchronized, leaving others unsynchronized, which could then generate an overbooking, can you help me?

Make sure you have added all external links from bookingCOM to your site and vice versa. You may submit a request to our support to check it out.
