is it possible to resend the pending payment email? Or create a automatic e-mail to, in case the customer does not make the prepayment, before the reservation goes to “abandoned” to inform the customer that as the payment was not made, the reservation is void?
Thanks for your question. At the moment, there is no possibility to resend the Pending Booking email manually from the dashboard. When the guest makes a payment to confirm a reservation he either is redirected to the Reservation Received page (Successful Payment) or to Failed Transaction page if the payment failed. Could you please specify what payment gateway may take so long to be finished? Or could you please describe what is a the booking flow on your site?
