When I run a report, most of the checkout info (address, postal code, email address, etc.) is missing. That information was entered during the WooCommerce checkout.
Looks like the info is now in two places: the booking and the WooCommerce order.
Is there a way to get the information from the WooCommerce order into the reports?
Hi Brent, The Reports option from the Hotel Booking plugin exports the data from the Bookings. The information from the WooCommerce checkout page is stored in the Orders. There is no possibility to report the information from WooCommerce orders via the settings of the Hotel Booking plugin. It is recommended to collect information on the booking checkout page and not on WooCommerce to export the data successfully.
