Problem with one click import in automatically and manual

Hi,
Anyone here have problems to import with One Click import?
Show me an error (0) and when I try to import manual I dont have some files, and in one extension I have a lot of the files.

It looks like the issue was a glitch on our demo server.

Hi Stacy,

I also have an issue here when clicking Import Demo Data I get an Error 500.

For the manual import I only have 1 XML file, 1 ZIP containing lots of JSON files and no DAT file.

All required and recommended plugins were installed and activated before.

Can you help me with this ?

Hi Thomas,

The 500 error may be related to a short execution time on the server. The demo data can be imported without changing your server settings with a workaround:
Go to Appearance > Editor, open inc > demo-import.php and remove ‘//’ on line 148: //add_filter( 'pt-ocdi/regenerate_thumbnails_in_content_import', '__return_false' );
Then try importing the demo again.
