Plugins and support are very lacking.

    I bought plugins and themes. I reported some shortcomings. However, we could not fix it. I tried with the software developer but couldn’t find a solution. I wanted to return it within 12 days. They did not accept. My English is not good, but I can give detailed information to Turkish speaking friends. About the problems.
