Payment Request Was Working Fine Bit Not Now

The payment request email is sent and the user clicks the link, the page loads ok with the correct details but the “spinning wheel of death” is doing its thing by the checkout button.

Also, the last three clients have managed to submit their card details but do not receive any 3d secure page. They think they’ve paid but the Stripe console says “incomplete” as the 3d secure has not been completed. Could be related to the above but not sure. I have raised a ticket but hoping for a quick answer as I have three clients unable to pay their balance.

Thanks for your reply. The incompatibility issue between Hotel Booking and Payment Request has been fixed since Hotel Booking 3.9.13. Please download the latest version of the Hotel Booking plugin from your MotoPress account and install it on your site overwriting the existing version of the Hotel Booking plugin.
