Only giving option for full amount or deposit not both

We have installed the Hotel Booking Payment request plug in on our site, so that customers have to pay a deposit on top of the amount due.

We want them to pay the amount due on booking and then for the plug in to request the deposit a couple of weeks before their booking.

How do I set it up to do this please?

Hello Sam,

You may set the “Confirmation upon payment” mode and set the Deposit as the payment type, so your guests pay the deposit while booking and then get the notification to pay the remaining balance due via Payment Request plugin. Other confirmation modes allow to only request the full payment via the plugin once the booking is confirmed (either by Customer or by Admin).

Hi Andre,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried setting this up in this way but it takes payment for the deposit and then in the Payment Request plugin it is requesting the extra payment of the full amount minus the deposit.

We want the extra payment to be for the full amount on top of the deposit (we return the full deposit manually after the trip).

There doesn’t seem to be a way to set this up to do that though?
