Need for periodic pricing of energy / taxes / other costs

a customer has a apartment – now I want to create already the new tariffs for 2027

How can I add for example tourist taxes which are only applicable from 1-1-2027 – 31-12-2027? If I change it right now, the new price is also calculated for bookings in this year (where the price is lower then 2027)

Nearly same issue – customer is calculating an energy add price during the winter season – so extra costs should be added when the apartment is booked during December for example, but not calculated when it’s summer – these prices are also changing each year, so also nice to have the possibility to add these costs during a certain period

Hi Peter,
You can do this by using the season prices within the rates only. You can create separate seasons for Winter and 2027, and then add different season prices while editing a rate.
There is no other option at the moment. Feel free to ask any additional questions.
