How to make Luviana theme multilingual

Hi,

I have bought this theme few days ago. I have talked in chat yet and I ask if the theme have the multilanguage option and the operator say “yes”.

I search in any section of the backend but I dont find the option that set the multilanguage site.

Where I can find it?
