Is the Google Hotels integration working? Or any updates on it?

In the MotoPress plugin, every time I check, my listings say something like “Latest status on June 5, 2026 5:24 pm Google Hotels submission successfully sent for processing.” Although the date sometimes changes, they are not showing on Google Hotels.

Is this happening to everyone or is it just me? Are there any updates on when this will be up?

Hello, I received yesterday an e-mail. I have to set a hotel image. My question is, how can I do it? Is there a field where I can upload the image?
The error message is: “Required field “Hotel Image” is not set.
Add at least 1 photo to the gallery.”

Hi Daniel,
You can go to Accommodation > Accommodation Types and edit the Accommodation Type to add the images to the Gallery. Let me know if it is helpful or if you have any additional questions.

Hi J Davis – thank you for posting the link. I’m just wondering if there are any more recent updates. That article is 3 months old and says “Once we reach the minimum number of properties required by Google, we will submit the data to Google for review and validation.” I’m curious if there are any more updates, for example if MotoPress has reached the number of listings required and been approved as a Google Hotels partner or what the status of that is.

We are in the process of developing the integration right now. We might need you and other users to submit other information required by Google Hotels. We will notify you if we have any news on this.

Hi J,

I have had images for each accommodation for years. I have checked and I still have multiple images (over 5) in the gallery for each property and a featured image too. In the Google Hotels section each property has an error:

“Required field “Hotel Image” is not set.
Add at least 1 photo to the gallery.”

How do I fix this please?

Hi Robert,
I’m sorry for misunderstanding. You need to add the images to the Accommodation > Google Hotels section, where you added the vacation rentals. Once you add the pictures, you will need to submit the vacation rentals again. Thank you.
