I'm Getting Errors On Sync

    Hi,

    I seem to be getting errors when syncing with AirBNB & Booking.com, any help appreciated.

    `[email protected], 20180704 – 20180706
    Failure: Event conflicts with booking #1660.
    [email protected], 20180707 – 20180708
    Success. New booking #1856
    [email protected], 20180709 – 20180713
    Failure: Event conflicts with booking #1664.
    [email protected], 20181205 – 20181217
    Failure: Event conflicts with booking #1666.
    [email protected], 20180628 – 20180629
    Skipped. Event with such UID already exists in booking #1765.
    [email protected], 20180707 – 20180708
    Failure: Event conflicts with booking #1856.

    Hi Robbie,

    Probably the issue is because airbnb assigns the same UID for different accommodations/calendars if they start the same day. Thus we recommend to add any private note for one of bookings in airbnb calendar to have separate UIDs for different accommodations.     Hi, I’m having the same issue, and i try their recommendation of adding a note, but no luck so far.. did you manage to solve this?

    Hello Maria,

    We are working on your request to assist you with the conflict bookings. It turned out that HomeAway also provides the same UIDs for blocked dates so you need to add private notes to those blocked ranges at HomeAway as well.
