    Hi John,

I have a bit of a strange iCal type issue vis B.com.

I have 2 rooms on B.com and up to about 3 weeks ago everything was working well. Then for some reason, my bookings stopped syncing, even though it was flagged as ‘OK’ on B.com.

After a lot of link removals and updates and various tinkering about, 1 of my rooms is now synced and importing/exporting OK. However, the other remains stubbornly isolationist, having spent a couple of days with an ‘activating’ flag on the B.com dashboard, only to be superceded by the ‘OK’ status, but with no exports of data.

I’ve tried all the methods you suggest elsewhere in this thread, and have checked all the settings at my end – to no avail.

Is there anything you can suggest, such as something I may have inadvertently set up in Word/Motopress that may be causing this syncing issue with just one of my rooms?

It seems strange that they were both working; then both not; then one only working. . .

I’ve been on to B.com but the best they have come up with so far is hitting the refresh button, which obviously made no difference whatsoever – apart from revealing how much time has elapsed since the last export!

Any information or advice will be very gratefully received.

    Best regards,

    Paul

Hi Paul, having the same issue. The ical from booking works fine for a while on my page, but then suddenly the calendars stop showing availability (first avail. is in half a year, which is not true).

When i try to open my booking url https://ical.booking.com/v1/export?t=d0e4ddda-e44a-4732-930b-4d0171b21864 it says “{“code”:400,”message”:”Invalid Token”}”

Any help on this issue? This is no automatic OTA booking system – sorry

    Hi Jan,

My problem was that my sync log was full and was not accepting any more updates from B.com. Once the sync log had been cleared, and set to clear automatically more frequently, the problem was fixed.
I never received error messages when trying to open links, etc, so I think you may have a different problem.
Sadly, I have a different problem now: the links to my rooms dropped out on B.com and when I try to re-enter them is says my Motopress iCal links are invalid. Meanwhile, on the B.com calendar sync overview the links seem to be stuck in the ‘Activating’ mode, and can’t be refreshed, updated or removed!
As usual, first response (3 emails) from B.com has been absolutely useless, so I am probably going to have to raise a ticket with John at Motopress for assistance – have you tried that yet?

    Good luck,
    Paul
