How should/can the customer pay?

Hi all,

just bought the Theme “Alpenhouse” which includes the Hotel Booking plugin.

The plugin is active and I can enter a booking which needs to be confirmed by the customer.

But how should/can the customer pay? Do I have to enter a payment manually?
The customer can’t see a payment option at the booking process.

After confirmation by the customer I get a mail notification and I also see the booking in “all bookings”.
But sure with a price payed 0.-USD 😉

I have activated different payment gateways with sandpit enabled.

Please could you help me?

Oh, I found it by myself.

I had to activate the confirmation by payment 😉

But I have another question 🙂

On the Booking Confirmation when customers enters their details the price on the bottom doesn’t finish loading and the user can’t click on book button.

I tried now with two different browsers / private window.

Any idea?

Hello Frederik,

Thank you for letting me know, I am glad that you have managed to resolve the first issue.
As for the loading price, this usually happens when the number of adults/children was not selected. Another reason for the issue may be that you have enabled some payment gateways in the plugin settings without having them set up, make sure enabled payment gateways are fully configured with valid email, public and private keys etc. inserted to their settings.
