How do I change the wording on the Confirmation page?

Hi, on the confirmation step of the confirmation page ( booking-confirmation/?step=booking ) I need to change the wording of “We received your booking request. Once it is confirmed we will notify you via email” as this is not the process used by my client when taking bookings.

Where can I change that wording?
