Error: Cannot import new event.

I keep getting the error “Cannot import new event. Dates from 2021-08-02 to 2021-08-18 are partially blocked by bookings #1501, #1498.” The site is linked to Airbnb and Booking.com. Both of these websites are syncing perfectly yet when the host blocks dates on Airbnb, MotoPress Hotel Booking won’t sync those blocked dates.

Hello Daniel,

The warning means that there is an existing booking/accommodation block in your calendar, which partially blocks dates from 2021-08-02 to 2021-08-18.
Navigate to Bookings ->Calendar and make sure dates are fully free to book, otherwise you will not be able to import booking with dates overlapping an existing booking.

I have the same problem. In calendar 26 dic to 29 are free, but cannot be imported from airbnb

Hi Maikel,
You need to check the calendar at the back end (Bookings > Calendar) and check what booking prevents you from importing a new event. If that booking is not valid you can remove or cancel it and ket the new booking to be imported.
