email templates & modification

Hi! Where can I find the email template or confirmed booking by payment and how can I add room rate to the said email?

Hi Voltaire,
The rate is a part of the %reserved_rooms_details% email tag. This tag can be edited at Accommodation > Settings > Email Settings (you need to scroll down to find the editor of this template).

Hi Davis, I tried to check on email settings and from the email tags, I don’t see any tags relating to the room rate for the accommodation type. This is the sample of the Reserve Accommodation Details Template:

Accommodation #%room_key%

Adults: %adults%
Children: %children%
Accommodation: %room_type_title%
Accommodation Rate: %room_rate_title%
%room_rate_description%
Bed Type: %room_type_bed_type%

Additional Services

%services%

And this is the output:

Accommodation Rate: Lagoon Suite

Under Accommodation Rate it will show the accommodation type.

Hi Voltaire,
The email tags %room_rate_title% and %room_rate_description% displayed the Title and the description of the rate. If you wish to show the pricing you may add %price_breakdown% email tag to show all the details of how the booking price was formed. These email tags can be added to the email templates at Accommodation > Settings > Admin/Customer Emails.
