We are developing a website for a hotel with the Hotel Booking plugin. At the moment, we have it hosted in a subdomain. We are using the addon for card payments through woocommerce.
Admin emails: Email notifications to the administrator are not working. We do not receive any.
pending payment time: This is not working either. We have established 5 minutes as a limit for a client to pay for their reservation. But it does not work. The rule is not working. The reservation always appears as “Pending Admin”. After that time the reservation does not appear as abandoned.
Can someone help us?

Kindly check this article with possible solutions on how to resolve mailing issues in the plugin. As for the pending payment time, you should make sure your confirmation mode is set to “Confirmation upon payment” under Accommodation ->Settings tab, as Pending admin status is usually applied to booking with the confirmation mode “By admin manually” enabled.
