Element Style for Mobile is ignored

Hi,
For one of my pages, I changed the Element Style for mobile display. But on my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone, the display shows the settings for desktop. It seems to be ignoring the settings I chose for mobile. I tried clearing cache, rebooting my phone – no effect. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Could you submit a request to our tech support team providing admin access and website URL? Also specify the page and element where you applied particular style. We’ll check that for you.
