Deposit in confirm mail

Hello,

We’re using the Hotel Booking plugin and it works great. At this moment I’m bussy to create better mails. What I’m looking for is the Tag for the deposit.
Can you tell me what it is? Are do you have a full list with Tags for me?

I would also like to know if tags kan be used by the instructions for paying manual.

Ow, and I would like to know if it is possible to send a conformation mail if the paid trough the site but send a reservation mail if the choose manual payment?

Hello there,

You may find all the available tags for each e-mail type below Email template field, e.g.: https://prnt.sc/w3q60a. Tags are not available within payment instructions, unfortunately.
As for confirmation e-mails, there is only a single e-mail template available for paid bookings, either for online or offline payment methods.

I can’t find a tag for the deposit amount in the lists. Isn’t there one?

Hello there,

There is a tag to add a Price Breakdown only, the deposit amount is visible there along with other charges. Unfortunately, there is no option to include deposit amount separately in the e-mail.
