Hi

i’m having a weird bug again and again. there’s a theme named “KOOL” that’s auto installing then i have this bug and the plugin stops working and the whole site is affected.

Hi,
We’ll test that theme however when I visited its page I found the following message:

This theme hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

That’s why it is not recommended to use it. I would recommend to try our WordPress Emmet Theme instead. There are available either Free and Premium versions.

I also have a similar problem. The website is https://www.zizelmyshop.gr.
The errors appear for and when the page is ready, they hide thanks to the css rule I added.

The errors are:

The errors also appear in the backend only in woocommerce product (item) page.

Hi George,

Make sure all plugins, themes and WordPress are up to date. Try to disable plugins one be one to find what plugin produces those errors.

On my website (http://www.agenceuhd.com), the plugin : MotoPress and CherryFramework 4 Integration seems to cause the problem. If I desactivate the plugin, the error message disappear, but I all my page content (motopress) merge in 1 block.

Worpress 4.8
Theme : theme55962 (on Template Monster)
MotoPress Content Editor : 2.4

Do you have a solution ?

The error seems to be related to the “MotoPress and CherryFramework 4 Integration” plugin. If you try to disable it, the error should no longer appear, as well as a lot of Cherry Plugins in Motopress. Hope they will fix it soon

We are sorry for temporary inconveniences. Yes, the issue is caused due to incompatibility with CherryFramework4 addon. We have addressed the issue to developers of this addon and they will fix it soon. Currently you can email us and we’ll send a previous version of plugin.
