Hi,
can you please tell me is it possible to send email lets say one week prior to arrival in automatic way to every booking contact.
Pre-defined text with couple of informations to all upcoming guests?

Thanks for your question. You can use the Notifier addon for this purpose. It allows one to send notifications before and after the check-in or check-out dates automatically.
