    Is there a provision for the clients to manage their past bookings.
    Only a cancellation link (if enabled globally), does not work for us.

    Also if something is be being planned to incorporate this for the future release;
    Suggestions:There could be a cancellation matrix, as in if

    cancelled 72 hours prior = 100% refund
    72-48 hours = 50%refund
    48 hours = Disable cancellation.
