Calendar view backend

Hi,

I would like to submit an improvement:

It would be really nice if the calendar in the backend could be a lot more user friendly. The interface is not really nice and convenient. It would be much better if it could look something like Airbnb or similar platforms. So a normal monthly overview with bookings/blocks/imported bookings. Preferably with names and other info.

Is something like that possible? Thanks!

Hi, The backend calendar of the Hotel Booking plugin allows you to view bookings/blocks/imported bookings for a month, quarter, year, or custom period. The names of the guests can be viewed on the direct bookings. If you click on the booking you will see more information in a popup.

Hi John, thanks. I know this. But my clients would like a more user friendly calendar. Not one small bar with a horizontal scroll bar. Just a nice monthly calendar view as all people know it 😉

Hi, in the admin booking calendar view, you can select month, quarter, year or custom period.
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mphb_calendar&period=month
I am requesting that ‘week’ and ‘fortnight’ are added to this list please.

We’re delighted to let you know that we’ve recently released the Hotel Booking update v. 6.x with the new enhanced backend calendar. Now, you’re able to adjust seasons, rates, bookings and booking blocks all in the backend calendar.
