    Hello,
I have two issues I do not know if they are related.
I have 3 rental units on my property.
    I have setup 3 seasons
The first is Winter 2024 from Dec 1, 2024 to April 15, 2025. This is the start of our rental and I did not make this renew annually since we began the rental at this time. When I look at the seasons page it shows me ending in April 16, 2025 (not April 15 like it shows when I edit and save). This is the first issue.
The next is Summer 2025 which is from April 16, 2025, to Dec 15, 2025 set to renew annually.
The last is Winter 2026 which is from Dec 16, 2025 to April 15, 2026 set to renew annually
With this setup I am unable to book anything past April 15, 2026. the calendar is greyed out and when I put in the dates manually for anything past April 15 it returns no results.
It seems like the renew annually is not working and I have to put in a new season for Summer of 2026. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Steve,
The annual season option extends the season for 1 year from today’s date. If you wish to open the dates further than 1 year ahead, you need to disable the ‘Annual’ option for your seasons.

    So just to clarify….
If I only have two seasons. I should not select ‘Annual’ and just create 2 new seasons every year? One for Winter and one for Summer which will just start and end at the same time every year?
I can do this and then build out a few years in advance.
It is just not clear to me why I would use Annual.

Yes, you can do this if you want to allow the reservation further than 1 year ahead so people can boo today with check-in from May 2026 and further. Annual option opens the availability from today to 1 year ahead. That is why, today the dates are available from April 6, 2025 to April 6, 2026 and tomorrow they will be open from April 7, 2025 to April 7, 2026.
