All calendar dates showing “Not Availiable”. Thanks.

Hello there, thank you for any and all help.

On my reservation form – and calendar – all dates, that are not booked out by clients, are showing as “Not available” with a “-” through them. I have no idea what this has happened. I can’t take any bookings on my site.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I clear the cache and it fixes it. But the next day is bad again.

Hi Istvan,

My issue centred around my Seasonal dates, in that they were literally out of date. I have 124 seasonal dates and forgot to check them, as I have not been back to this site since it was built a good few years ago.

Hope this helps, if not – create a ticket. The support here is amazing!

Hi, István, it looks like you use some caching plugin on your site. You may try to exclude the pages with the booking form and calendar from caching.

I set it to empty the magazine every 60 minutes and since then the error has not occurred.
