Rather than tiered pricing, is it possible to just add on a flat fee if the guests are over 2?
So for example, 2 guests @ £50 per night for 5 nights = £250
If 3 or 4 guests are chosen, add on £40 = £290

Unfortunately, there is no such option, you will need to use variable pricing in order to charge for additional guests.
