Add custom checkout fields to hover menu/pop up menu in calendar view

Hi
How can I add a custom checkout field to the hover menu in calendar view, or the pop up once you click a booking number in the calendar view?

At this stage it requires two clicks to get to the information, and it is right down the bottom too with no option to change the order
