ACF – Add accommodation-specific files to confirmation email

Hello.

I would like to add an information sheet (which is specific to each accommodation type) to the booking confirmation email.

The purpose of this would be to provide local maps, points of interest, vouchers/coupons for local restaurants that we have partnerships with etc.

Is this possible using ACF? If so, where would one put the code so that it didn’t break when the plugin is next updated?

Hi Kurt,

Unfortunately there is not an option to add custom email tags to email templates. You may subscribe your guests to some newsletter service and send automated emails with needed information. Or add a page on your site somekind of a guide for your guests and add this link to the email templates.
