Abandoned Booking – Paid thru PayPal

    A client “Abandoned” an order per my Bookings. However I received a paid receipt from PayPal.

    Can you help with explaining how this happened.

    Thank you for your question. We did not experience such behavior prior. Did it happen once or you still get the same messages when payment is abandoned?
