The Getwid Base free Gutenberg WordPress theme allows you to style the blocks, both common and by third-party addons, by changing default colors in WordPress Customizer globally, that is, for the entire website.

Hola!
Muchas gracias!
Hi Natalia,
Thanks for your feedback and for your question. We would kindly ask you to submit a ticket to our support team describing your issue as detailed as it is possible providing screenshots and examples.
One more question, do you plan on continuing to keep the theme updated? It seems like there is a lack of activity on Underscores. If you do, you might find that a lot of people want to use your theme. Thanks
Hi Dave, Yes, sure we support this theme and plan to update it further.
If I use this theme for a project where I want to customize things, am I supposed to create a child theme or modify the theme itself? It’s based on Underscores, which I use, but you don’t usually create a child theme with Underscores.
Hi Dave, Yes, it is recommended to install a child theme in order to override the files of the parent theme. You can find a download link for a child theme at the end of the theme description.
Hello, I found that this theme is incompatible with the Max Mega Menu on mobile devices. I’m not sure if it’s my setup or something else. Have you done relevant tests? thank you.
Hi Charles, Unfortunately, we did not test the Getwid Base theme with the third-party plugin you have mentioned. You may submit a request to our support team and describe your concern providing examples, screenshots, etc.
First of all, thank you for providing such a great product. Also, I have a question, how do I add a button to the navigation bar? Thank you.
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your question. You may follow the steps described in this topic
Thank you very much, perfect solution.
WooCommerce support?
Hi, there is no advanced integration with WooCommerce yet. However, there are some blocks that would let you showcase the products like Custom Post Type, Post Slider, Post Carousel. Could you let us know what kind of WooCommerce integration you are interested in? Thanks.
Hi everybody, first of all thank you for the great theme!
A question: I’ve noticed that the alternative text (alt) is missing on all the images of the theme. Is there an easy way to load it for an accessibility purpose?
Thank you, Gloria
Hi Gloria,
Some Getwid blocks do not show alt text indeed and we have this feature in our to-do list. We will do our best to fix it in one of the update releases.
Hi!
To start with, I love the template. I am unemployed and I am very grateful for the effort you have used, I will make a donation whenever I can.
I had a question, when I use the web on the pc or tablet, it works perfectly but in the mobile version, it seems that the menu does not close, the links continue to be maintained and it does not work correctly. How can I fix this?
Hello, thank you for your kind words.
As for the issue, we could not recreate it locally.
Please, check if your WordPress Version is 5.0 or higher, PHP Version: 5.6 or higher.
Also, make sure you have the latest version of Getwid Base (1.1.2) and Getwid (1.6.5).
In case the issue still exists, there may be an incompatibility issue with third-party plugins. Try deactivating them one by one, in order to find out the one that creates the issue.
