Your cart contains product that cannot be purchased with other product

I have someone using Woo Commerce as Payment gateway and would like to offer other woocommerce products in addition to Accommodations.

When they add to the cart (accommodation not yet paid for) it seems impossible for them to add any other products to the cart.

Error message: Your cart contains product that cannot be purchased with other products. Finish your reservation first or empty the cart.

Is it possible that MotoPress added a sort of “incompatibility rule” when using other woocommerce products?

(If they do the order in reverse, first adding a WooCommerce product to the cart and then book the accommodation, the first product is removed from the cart and the booking is added to cart without any errors. )

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your question. Indeed it is not allowed to make a reservation using payment gateways integrated from WooCommerce and purchasing other WooCommerce products at the same time. We recommend to notify your guests that they should make reservation and purchases as separate processes. At the moment there is no workaround for this.
