Total Price not updated after coupon applied.

    Is there are reason that the total price is not updated after a coupon is applied?

    Using version: 3.7.0
    Tested directly with the [mphb_checkout] shortcode. Same result.

    Hello Ryan,

    Within the 3.7.1 Hotel Booking version there was fixed an issue at checkout when coupon discount was not applied to the total price at the bottom of the page.

    Hi Ricard,

    First of all I’d recommend to check Terms and Conditions page and remove any form placed there. Sometimes the error occurs to the Checkout Page when you use any form or complex object on Terms and Conditions page. If it is not helpful you should make sure Stripe gateway is configured properly. Make sure your site is running on HTTPS connection.
    By the way we also offer Positive SSL certificate so you may get this service if you need to switch your site to HTTPS connection. You may find more services here.
    If the actions above are not helpful still we recommend to disable third party installed plugins to find out if some of them causes an issue.

    Let us know what what was real reson of the issue.
