the slider mobile and tablet does not appear

Hi everybody;
I created my slider for homepage under different version; Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.
Office version disappears (if I understood correctly) from 991px.
the tablet version starts from 991px until 768px; giving way (normally) to version phone.
But then, the Tablet and Mobile version does not appear 🙁
I post some screen if it ever can help ^^

Hi,

Make sure you have added Tablet and Mobile sliders to the page under the Desktop one. If all the plugins are there on the page I would ask you to submit a request providing admin login details. We’ll have a closer look at it. It should function properly.
