Setting up Campterra for Seasonal Camping.

I am trying to use Campterra for booking seasonal sites primarily, and daily camping secondary.

I am fumbling through this but can’t get it to work.

RV per night $45, tents $30/night

Seasonal campsites are $1800/year plus GST
Seasonal horse rental is only available to those who rent a seasonal site. Seasonal Site with Horse $2800 plus GST.

Can anyone help me setup this up?

Hello Travis,

The hotel Booking allows to set the price per night only, there is no option to set weekly/monthly/yearly prices. However, you may set the price per night and minimum stay of 365 for your seasonal campsites, so the price is calculated b the Hotel Booking.

Seasonal campsites: $1800/365 = $4.9315
Seasonal Site with Horse: $2800/365 = $7.6712

As for the horse rental, you may create 2 separate accommodation types – one for seasonal campsites and one for seasonal campsite+horse rental in order to be able to set up different rates.
