Setting a specific time for a service or pre-filling time choice?

I want to be able to set a morning appointment block of four hours from 9:00 – 13:00. Is there a hook or way to preset this and just show the calendar?

Or is there a way to set a service only available at a given time?

I want to have multiple blocks (4, 6, or 8 hours) of time available to choose from but all use the same employee schedule so there is no overlap.
