Manual payment via WC gateway does not appear in WC orders

    I have set Confirmation Mode by admin manually. Later, I wanted to add a manual payment through WooCommerce gateway, but that one is not appearing under Woocommerce orders. Is this because orders there appear only when Confirmation upon payment is set? How can I “transfer” HB orders to WC orders later under a different confirmation mode?

    The other, probably easier solution to my goal, ie. to keep the manual confirmation while having a WC payment, would be to use Confirmation upon payment but do not update the Booking status to Completed after the Woocommerce order, but to keep it in Pending Admin status, like in Confirmation Mode by admin manually setting.

    A manual payment refers to a payment received outside of the booking process—for example, via bank transfer or cash. The main purpose of adding a manual payment is to track the booking balance.

    What you’re describing can be handled using the Payment Request add-on. A guest can place a booking in admin confirmation mode, after which you can send a payment request for the full amount, a deposit, or any custom amount. The request includes a link to a payment page, where the guest can complete the payment using the enabled payment methods, including WooCommerce.
