Is it possible to change the wordings like the “Price starts at:”? And how can we do that?

Yes, it is possible to edit strings of Hotel Booking plugin by editing its translations. We recommend to use free plugin called Loco Translate. It allows to edit translations of themes and plugins easily at the dashboard of your site.
