I am in the process of translating our website and I would like to know how to translate Hotel Booking Notifier Custom Message.
I have checked WPML String and I can’t find the custom message.

Please check WPML settings and make sure that Notifications Body, Subject, and Title are translatable. Then navigate to Bookings > Notifications and translate your notifications as posts.

It seems that with the recent updates of WPML the instruction of May is not up to date anymore. I have translated all kind of notifications into other languages, but these are still sent in English to non-English speaking guests. Non-English guests should make a reservation on a native language version of the site to receive a notification in the same language. If it does not work this way on your site you may contact our support team by submitting a request.
