How to Identifying the rate chosen by my guests

I have two rates for my accommodations:
– A standard rate
– A rate that includes cancellation insurance.

I need to provide the insurer that manages the cancellation insurance with the contact information of the guests who selected the insurance option.

So, for each reservation, I need to identify the rate selected by my guests.

I can’t find this information in the reservation details.

How do I do this?
