How can I show a splash screen only once ?

Hi Mike,

You can select display ‘Once’ only within Settings Panel of Splash Screen element. Please refer to the screenshot below.

My Motopress Splash Screen does not show a duration option. How should I proceed?

Spash Screen element opens when a visitor scrolls to that place on the page where this element is added. It doe not depend on time.

Here is a screenshot. There is no “Display” option as shown in your screenshot.

Hi Allie,

Make sure you use latest version of plugin. At this moment it is 2.2.0. If it is up to date and you still can not see that option please submit a request to our support team.
